What Do We Do?
Greenfiniti is a joint Canadian-Belgian consulting and investment firm providing services in the area of climate change mitigation and adaptation. We distinguish ourselves from other carbon-offsetting or consulting companies by approaching the challenge of climate change not on a short-term basis or from a single perspective, but as an environmental complex requiring a combination of short-term (carbon offsetting), medium-term (GHG mitigation/adaptation) and long-term solutions (renewable energy investments). More specifically, our business revolves around three main components:
- Carbon Emission Trading: Greenfiniti helps individuals, public and private entities offset their carbon emissions through a portfolio of projects of real, measurable, direct and independently verified reductions of carbon emissions.
- Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Consulting: Greenfiniti assists clients in determining the short and long-term implications of climate change on their businesses, by providing expertise for quantification of GHG emissions, establishment of emission inventories, and preparation of business mitigation and adaptation strategies based on the company’s own GHG goals and objectives.
- Investment in Renewable Sources of Energy: Greenfiniti actively seeks partners involved in global research & development of advanced technologies for reducing carbon emissions and maximizing the use of renewable sources of energy.
Our Consulting Approach and Services
